Language is dynamic and changes all the time. New words are added regularly.

"Biblephobe", if not now a word will become one if used often enough, and it should be.
Sixty miles per gallon? Not really. Cheap? Nope. Phoney and stupid? Yes, the Prius is global warming on 4 wheels.

It's as Silke so rightly pointed out, even if people did put words in the dictionary just because one person said it should be, "biblephobe" would imply a fear of the bible, not a hatred of Christians!
