If it's money that buys the presidential office, then Hillary is a shoo in.

I'm afraid they have updated the latest news on that link Yogi ! Instead you can now find out all about Pope John Paul II's path to sainthood :)

However, if you cannot continue without reading all about Hillary Clinton's fund raising efforts, try this link instead:- http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/6516677.stm

Tell me, why is that much money needed - where does it all go ?

I wonder if that is some sort of omen.

Regardless, let's try again ...

And since I found the first link, this one has emerged to counter the claim ...

The Chinese bought the last Clinton election for him. The Red Queen will be the best President that money can buy.

I think any leader, be it President or Prime Minister, is the best that money can buy. Mind you Gore had the record before Clinton so obviously money isn't everything.

Also, Clinton is collecting money for both a primary and a general run, which donators can give $2,300 to each. Obama is just collecting for the primary, so for just the primary Obama has collected more.

It's the power and the glory. As President, you are the most powerful man of Earth. I think Bush's problem is that he really isn't desirous of such power, wheras Clinton loved the power like an orgasm.

I am the decider, and I say Bush is into a power trip.
I don't care what 70 percent of Americans say, I say Bush is into a power trip.
I don't care that the National Guard is the new draft, uh, nevermind.
