Long read, that.

The Kahnawake Gaming Commission has hired the auditing firm Gaming Associates to investigate Absolute Poker, according to reports here and here. The audit follows the mysterious disclosure of a file showing someone with an Absolute Poker IP address observed a game in which a player by the handle of Potripper had an uncanny knowledge of his opponents' hole cards.

If the allegations are found out to be true, what will happen to Potripper, will monies paid to he/she get paid back to the people he/she cheated. Will Potripper be prosecuted accordingly? Or maybe Potripper is just lucky.

There's something about his name though. (Potripper)

Poker really is something eh. How do people understand all that, must take years.

Absolute Poker is located with the Mohawk tribe in Kahnawake....

Good poker players are able to understand and predict people's actions without seeing their 'hole cards'. So when you do actually see the hole cards of Potripper (above), it takes about 15 hands to suspect him of cheating, 25 hands to KNOW he is cheating. It is the only explanation. He is human. He follows human behaviour patterns.

He will be prosecuted for fraud, Absolute Poker will lose some users, but their tribe will protect their own interests.

The buy in was $1000. He won $30,000.

He played it very dumbly. The second place finisher saw enough to know he was playing a cheat.
