Ice Cream Truck goodies

It's amazing what all one can find in an ice cream truck's freezer.

You start with simple popsicles, like fudge bars, dreamcicles, and simple cherry bars.

Then you have your crunch bars of vanmilla, chocolate, or strawberry.

Then you have sour apple and bubblegum snowcones.

Then ou have jumbo ice cream snadwichs of vanilla, neapolitan, and Mississippi Mud.

Then you have hard-frozen cones of vanilla, cookies & cream, and butter pecan.

You then have lemon/cherry novelties shaped liked the heads of Bratz, Ninja Turtles, obscure Nickelodeon charactres, and Warner Bros. charactres.

There's even items meant especially for Hispanics: a lime/salt popsicle, and a jalepeno one. None meant for blacks, and anything I could suggest would be deem racist, even if amusing.

Then you have huge cups of stuff like lemon, cherry, and cookies and cream.

Of course, my fave is the strawberry fruit bars, made with actual fruit.

When it comes to ice cream I'm a fanatic, and I like and enjoy all flavours. However, I've never had it from the truck, and I rarely buy it. Usually I make my own and I experiment with different flavours and ingredients all the time. I use an electric ice cream maker or my favourite, a very old, old fashion hand-cranked freezer. The product that comes out from this freezer is entirely different from that of the electric one. My most favourite flavour is vanilla. I also like sorbet; now that fruit season is here I make it with a variety of frozen fruits.

IN Ireland the ice cream man is called the 'pokey' and when you get a ice from him you get a 'poke'. This amuses me alot.

dude, the whole fucking ice cream truck is for black people! in my 'hood the ice cream truck was also the uh....drug dealer. kinda like Big Worm in Friday. but i liked the cones with the chocolate and nuts on it.

black folks like all the same kinds of ice cream that us white people like, and so do them Orientals too.

Well, what I meant was that none were particularly there for the tastes of blacks. After all, stuff with lime/salt and hot peppers are definitely meant for Hispanics.

I just wished they had one to capitalize on the Transformers movie.

Seeing how only Hispanics order it, I'd say it's for them. I tried it; it tasted like frozen A-1 or Worchesthire Sauce.
