Cheese sauce - quick!

can i make a cheese sauce with only milk and cheese.

i need an answer in the next 5 mins or i will be having plain pasta

:lol: Actually you not only need flour for a cheese sauce but, yep, cheese as well (plus butter or marg). I've posted a recipe for cheese sauce on page 2 of my Messy Surprise Thread (about a third of the way down) http://www.brainformation.com/forum/vie ... c&start=20

What do you mean, you've not tried all my recipes yet :smack:

Messy is dreading to think what *red* sauce is ..... tomato, ketchup, blood, chilli, cochineal..... :confused:

red sauce - dolmio bolengese sauce. just heat it up and mix it in.

Ahhhh, that sort of sauce :lol: Hey, Tesco's do a fabulous fresh arrabbiata sauce (top shelf, chiller cabinet, above the stuffed pastas) which you can freeze. Asda do a really good chilli pasta sauce (in a jar) which I sometimes use on my pizzas when I haven't got time to make the sauce from scratch.
