How fit are you?

On a scale from 1 to 10 ( 1 being the highest) how fit would you consider yourself to be based on your age?

hmm... do you mean condition, strength, coordination, endurence... fitness is a lot of things, and some I suck at and some I am above averge. I stil feel terrible though for ah, what shape I was two years back! only gone downhill from there, but I think it has stopped now. comes of the fact that back then I worked out every day in one form or another, at least four hours but usually more.

overall I'd say 7, all though it's problably stil closer til 4...

I've actually been getting a lot more fit these last couple of months. I've been out jogging every other day and I go a bit longer each time. I even put a new notch in my belt last week. I do this every few years. I'll be super fit for a few, then let myself get kinda flabby for a couple years, then I'll get back in shape. It just takes a little motivation.

On a scale of 1-10 i would be a 9, 6ft tall and 167lbs. It's been almost 9 years since i left the Army but i still follow the same fitness regimes i did back then. I also swim a lot which i think is one of the best cardiovascular exercises there is.
