Three Interesting Bookmarks

Postby Yogi » Thu Dec 14, 2006 10:16 am

World Sunlight Map: http://www.opentopia.com/sunlightmaprect.html
RateMyProfessors.com: http://www.ratemyprofessors.com/index.jsp
Spam Mimic: http://www.spammimic.com/explain.shtml

I picked three random, and hopefully interesting, bookmarks from my list of thousands and am offering them here for your perusal. Add to the list with three of your bookmarks which you think would be intersting for us to view.

for all things movies.... IMDb.com if you can think of a title, actor, director..heck even if you can't...it's a great jumping off point for the obsessive need to know about the movies you love. there are discussion boards for every movie, actor or genre you can think of! and if there isn't? you can start one!

for all things...in general...Wikipedia it's great for those moments you are looking for some quick information to test if you want to learn more about something. i love to just wander around, look for all sorts of things then discover more at the library.

and the obvious...but if you have GMail...you can now create a homepage here at Google. it goes without saying that it's the best search engine. check out there advanced search options because there is some really kick ass information on how to get a more narrow and specific search going!
