Arrivsl from CS and LJ

Postby dangler » Sat Jan 07, 2006 6:42 am

Hi everyone, my name is dangler and I am looking for a new cyberhome :(
I have mainly been at Cerescape, and still am from time to time- however, there has recently been an influx of knobheads from somewhere that closed down (chatterbank/box?!) Anyway, it has really let down the site so I am seeking new thrills and spills elsewhere! I have treid Live journal but don't like it, and among the pages were an open invite here... SO here I am!

Welcome to our corner of the Internet dangler. Yes, there is an open invitation to anyone who is looking for a waystation along the Information Highway. If you like it here, feel free to pass the word to all your freinds. If you don't like it here, tell me about it. I'll see what I can do to make things better.

I'm not sure if we have any knobheads here, but I am sure that every site has their share of diversity. I've been a fan of CereScape for a few years and am familiar with what is happening there. Change can be traumatic, but frequently it is for the good of all. I know gossy has great plans for the site, and hopefully it will turn into something everyone can enjoy.

In the mean time, look around our forums. Random Thoughts and Chit Chat is the closest to what you have seen in the past, but the other forums also have some great discussions in progress. Join right in, or start a topic of your own. In any case, do make yourself at home. We will grow on you over time. :D

Knobhead means a idiot and other things along that line.

Another Cerescapee from 'Nobhead Land'

Postby Legion » Fri Jun 30, 2006 7:59 am

A quick hello from Legs Legion, a Cockney Rebel Hunk from London, England. I can see that 'Dangler' has already, in January, told you about us tribe of 'Nobheads'! Only a Northern Retard would out a 'K' in 'Nob'. Still he keeps the flies off the black pudding. I know a few of you already & hopefully shall get to know others when I become fully active the week after next after honeymooning with 'Icufodu"' Wish me luck & tell Mother I died bravely. I do so hope I have posted this in the correct section. On CS I would have been shot (again)!

We don't shoot people here just because they use a semi-colon instead of comma. You will find us a pretty tolerant group, and on occasion we can be helpful too.

If this is a greeting for dangler, then you posted this message in the correct place. If it is a self introduction, then you are still in the correct forum, but you might have started a thread of your own. Since it looks a little bit like both, we are too confused to do anything about it.
