One Liners

Post by Makinamess »

Another new game - shamelessly stolen from another site (thanks 1da!)

Here's how it works:

1 - use the word that is left by the previous poster in a sentence about yourself.

2 - after you put your sentence down leave a new word for the next poster to use in their own sentence.

here's your word to start off with:

i consider video a medium of the past, i unhoked my vcr a few years ago and haven't missed it a single time.

the new word: spaghetti
understanding is a three edged sword.

I like movies with John Cheese in them. (Oh no-- that's John Cleese, isn't it?)

Ok, here's a tip: Don't eat bleu cheese on a first date.

I have found the proper leverage is required to roll a rock down a hill to crush a bunch of liberals.

Some of my work colleagues are incapable of expressing themselves using simple words or phrases - they have to use unusual, esoteric words or convoluted, windy sentences - and don't realise how boring they are

It's knowin' that your door is always open
And your path is free to walk
That makes me tend to leave my sleepin' bag
Rolled up and stashed behind your couch
And it's knowin' I'm not shackled
By forgotten words and bonds
And the ink stains that have dried upon some line
That keeps you in the back roads
By the rivers of my memory
That keeps you ever gentle on my mind

I was explaining to a friend the other night that a battery is more efficient if it is fully discharged and then fully charged a few times.
