My toast is always dark bread of some sort, rye or pumpernickel. Butter is all I need to make it go down well.

On my toast I either have just butter or butter and then cheese spread.
It was one of those perfect English autumnal days which occur more frequently in memory than in life.

Marmite's tasty when you don't overdo it and you are in the right mood for it. it also helps to make sure the toast is toasty hot and slathered in lots of butter, first!
