i'm about to make this soup for the very first time! am excited cos its my favourite kind of soup.

What is stilton? (I could look it up, but I am feeling lazy tonight).

stilton is cheese, it's acquired taste (i think)

broccoli and cheese soup is something I have developed a taste for.
so, how did it turn out?

it was totally delicious. Stilton on its own is foul but in a soup it is lovverly.

i used this recipe. i suggest you all try it. I would advise doubling the ingrediants but put more stilton in than broccoli.
